The Jackson Housing Commission is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services, Specification No. 2026-JHC-AE01. The work is limited to the I Building at the Reed Manor development, 301 Steward, Jackson, MI 49201.

Proposals due: Thursday, November 5, 2026, by 5:00 PM. The deadline was extended from October 30 by Addendum #1, issued October 28, 2026.

Addendum #1: Proposers must confirm receipt of the addendum in their letter of transmittal and include the signed addendum in their proposal. Submission locations are unchanged.

Proposals are accepted by email only, to jflood@mhthousing.net, with "Architectural & Engineering Services" and the specification number 2026-JHC-AE01 in the subject line. Submit one electronic proposal package and one separate electronic fee proposal. Site visits are limited to the building exterior; please notify Joy Flood in advance.
